Lithgow Veterinary Hospital

Your Local Vet

WHERE PETS ARE FAMILY AND CARE COMES FROM THE HEART.

Caring for the community for decades
For decades, our team has been proudly caring for the pets of Lithgow and the surrounding Blue Mountains. From playful puppies and curious kittens to loyal seniors, we’re here to support every stage of your pet’s life with expert veterinary care, genuine compassion, and a friendly smile.
A personal journey
This clinic has been part of Michelle's (Dr Michelle Monoghan)  life since she was a teenager - from her first days as a kennel hand, to becoming a veterinarian, and now leading a team that shares her passion for exceptional care. Over the years, we’ve grown, evolved, and embraced modern veterinary medicine, but one thing has never changed - our belief that pets are family.
More than just a clinic
Here, you’ll find a team that knows your pet’s name (and probably their favourite treat), takes the time to listen, and treats you like a friend, not just a client. Whether it’s a routine visit, a complex surgery, or simply some extra cuddles and reassurance, you can count on us to treat your pet as if they were our own.
